When Do I Pay?

You Accept a Job

The booking fee is charged only when you click "Accept" on a job request. You're in control.

You Decline

No charge. Ever. Declining a job costs you nothing.

No Agreement, No Charge

If you decline or the customer decides not to move forward, you pay nothing.

Good to Know

Booking fees are final once you accept a job. We can't track whether work is completed after you and the customer connect — but here's why that's fair:

  • You're never charged for inquiries, messages, or declined requests
  • The customer must review and agree to the scope, price, and schedule before you can accept
  • You choose when to click "Accept & Book" — you're always in control
  • The fee covers the confirmed connection, not the completed work

Customer Cancellations — Your Fee Is Protected

We know things happen. If a customer cancels a confirmed job through the platform before the scheduled start time, your booking fee is automatically refunded — no questions asked.
