How It Works
Joining skilld.pro is completely free. You only pay the flat $5 booking fee when you accept a job. If you decline, or the customer decides not to move forward, you pay nothing.
Every category costs the same $5 — easy to predict, and you always know your cost before you commit.
When Do I Pay?
You Accept a Job
The $5 fee is charged only when you click "Accept" on a job request. You're in control.
You Decline
No charge. Ever. Declining a job costs you nothing.
No Agreement, No Charge
If you decline or the customer decides not to move forward, you pay nothing.
Good to Know
By the time you can accept, the customer has already reviewed and agreed to the scope, price, and schedule — so the $5 covers a real, confirmed connection, and it's final once you accept. The one exception is your safety net below: if the customer cancels in advance through skilld.pro, your fee is refunded automatically.
Customer Cancellations — Your Fee Is Protected
We know things happen. If a customer cancels a confirmed job through the platform before the scheduled start time, your booking fee is automatically refunded — no questions asked.
Full refund of your booking fee, automatically processed.
Not eligible for a refund — keep all communication and scheduling in the platform to stay protected.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days.
